  • Du übernimmst die strategische Entwicklung unserer Produkte und berätst interne sowie externe Partner:innen in einem Omnichannel-Ansatz.
  • Die ganzheitliche Optimierung der Customer Journeys liegt in deiner Verantwortung – du sorgst für ein nahtloses Erlebnis über alle digitalen Touchpoints hinweg.
  • Mit #teamsales, #teamaccountmanagement und #teamUX stimmst du dich regelmäßig ab, um innovative Strategien zur Kund:innengewinnung und -bindung zu entwickeln.
  • Du hast ein Auge für Markttrends und führst Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um neue Potenziale für Wachstum und Differenzierung zu identifizieren.
  • #PerformanceMarketing ist dein Spielfeld: Du optimierst Paid-Strategien über Facebook, Instagram & Co., um die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

  • Nach deiner Einarbeitungszeit erstellst du Kampagnenreportings mit fundierten Handlungsempfehlungen und präsentierst sie gemeinsam mit unserem Sales Team souverän vor ausgewählten Kund:innen.
Was du brauchst
  • Du punktest mit einem Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, BWL oder einer ähnlichen Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld mit.
  • Digital Marketing ist deine Leidenschaft und du liebst es, KPIs auszuwerten und laufende Kunden-Kampagnen zu optimieren.
  • Du denkst nicht in einzelnen Werbekanälen, sondern siehst das Big Picture beim Kampagnenziel des Kunden.
  • Du verstehst wie man Paid Kampagnen bei Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest und TikTok erstellt.
  • Neue Werbekanäle und Trends interessieren dich brennend und du lebst und liebst die digitale Welt.
  • Deine Personality? Ergebnisorientiert, effizient und immer nach dem Motto „Done is better than perfect“.
  • Du überzeugst mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität, speziell beim Analysieren und Optimieren von bestehenden Prozessen.
  • Du punktest mit deiner Hilfsbereitschaft und liebst es im Team zu arbeiten.

...a Digital Marketing Manager (d/w/m/x) with a focus on Paid Social in Berlin, Dresden or hybrid. Join #teamfuckingawesome and become part of an international team of 12 digital natives. Your heart beats digitally and your specialty is the strategic coordination and operational handling of our digital campaigns. What you'll do
  • You take on the strategic development of our products and provide omnichannel consulting for internal and external partners.
  • You are responsible for the holistic optimization of customer journeys, ensuring a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • You regularly collaborate with #teamsales, #teamaccountmanagement, and #teamUX to develop innovative strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • You have an eye for market trends and conduct competitor analyses to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • #PerformanceMarketing is your playing field: You optimize paid strategies across Facebook, Instagram & more to achieve the best results.
  • #AnalyticsIsYourBestFriend: You closely monitor campaign KPIs and leverage data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
  • You implement A/B testing frameworks to consistently improve campaign effectiveness.
  • With your well-defined segmentation strategies, you effectively target different customer personas.
  • After your onboarding, you create campaign reports with actionable recommendations and confidently present them to selected clients together with our sales team.
What you'll need
  • You have a degree in marketing, media, business administration or a similar qualification.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Digital marketing is your passion and you love evaluating KPIs and optimising ongoing customer campaigns.
  • You don't think in terms of individual advertising channels, but see the big picture in terms of the client's campaign objective.
  • You understand how to create paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.
  • You are passionate about new advertising channels and trends and you live and love the digital world.
  • Your personality? Results-orientated, efficient and always following the motto ‘Done is better than perfect’.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, especially when analysing and optimising existing processes.
  • You score points with your helpfulness and love working in a team.
  • You are business fluent in English.
