We are looking for a strategic and creative Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) with a strong marketing background and a passion for market strategies. If you have experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and have an eye for adapting brand messaging to diverse markets, we want you on our team!
Your mission
  • Global Brand Strategy and Local Adaptation: You will be responsible for developing and executing a tailored go-to-market strategy that addresses both global and local market needs, strengthening the brand positioning across different markets.
  • Product Portfolio Management & Market Launches: You will coordinate the launch of new products and services, focusing on targeted positioning in relevant verticals and markets, working closely with the global product marketing team and product team to ensure market requirements and KPIs are accurately implemented.
  • Market Research and Market Needs: You will conduct detailed market research to identify trends that address the needs of local target audiences. You will translate this information into strategic recommendations for product development and communication.
  • Storytelling and Communication: You will develop compelling storytelling strategies and positioning approaches that integrate global corporate storytelling while also addressing the specific needs and desires of local markets.
  • Sales Enablement & Support for the Sales Team: You will support our sales team by preparing and providing product training and participating in the preparation of presentations to strategic customers.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, communications, sales) and coordinate your strategies and initiatives with external stakeholders to drive market launches and brand growth.
This is what you bring along
  • You have extensive experience in a similar role (preferably from an international tech company or media agency) with solid expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Results-Oriented: You are focused on KPIs and performance tracking, with the ability to implement marketing initiatives that achieve measurable results.
  • Brand Strategy and Positioning: You have experience adapting global brand strategies and storytelling to local markets and are able to develop compelling brand messaging.
  • Communication and Team Skills: Your communication skills are excellent, and you excel at working with various internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.
  • Languages: Fluent in both German and English – written and spoken.

Deine Mission bei uns
  • Globale Markenstrategie und lokale Anpassung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer maßgeschneiderten Go-to-Market-Strategie, die sowohl globale als auch lokale Marktanforderungen berücksichtigt und die Markenpositionierung auf verschiedenen Märkten stärkt.
  • Produktportfoliomanagement und Markteinführung: Du koordinierst die Markteinführung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen, mit dem Fokus auf eine gezielte Positionierung in relevanten Verticals und Märkten. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit dem globalen Produktteam zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marktanforderungen und KPIs präzise umgesetzt werden.
  • Marktforschung und Marktbedürfnisse: Du führst detaillierte Marktanalysen durch, um Trends zu identifizieren, die auf die Bedürfnisse der lokalen Zielgruppen eingehen. Diese Informationen übersetzt Du direkt in strategische Empfehlungen für die Produktentwicklung und Kommunikation.
  • Storytelling und Kommunikation: Du entwickelst überzeugende Storytelling-Strategien und Positionierungsansätze, die sowohl das globale Unternehmensstorytelling integrieren als auch auf die Anforderungen und Wünsche der lokalen Märkte eingehen.
  • Sales Enablement und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams: Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam mit Produkt-Trainings und der Vorbereitung von Kunden-Präsentationen.
    Koordination mit dem Brand- & Kommunikationsteam: Du hilfst dabei, die Kommunikation und PR-Maßnahmen an die lokalen Märkte und Zielgruppen anzupassen.
Das bringst du mit
  • Erfahrung: Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (idealerweise aus einem internationalen Tech-Unternehmen oder einer Medienagentur) und bringst fundiertes Know-how in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien mit.
  • Marktfokus: Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für lokale Märkte und kannst die Unternehmens-Storytelling-Strategie erfolgreich anpassen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist ein exzellenter Kommunikator, sowohl intern als auch extern, und kannst komplexe Informationen klar und präzise vermitteln.
  • Soft Skills: Du bist flexibel, anpassungsfähig und behältst auch unter Druck einen klaren Kopf. Deine Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen, sowie Deine Geduld und Teamarbeit zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
