We’re looking for a Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data infrastructure and business insight. You’ll build robust data pipelines and models, enabling the organization to make smarter, faster decisions. If you're passionate about transforming raw data into reliable, scalable assets—and enjoy working with a high-impact data team—this role is for you.
Your mission

1. Data Modeling & Transformation

  • Build accurate, scalable, and well-documented data models that serve as the single source of truth across the organization.

  • Implement business logic and transformations aligned with our Enterprise Data Strategy.

  • Optimize data pipelines (e.g., using Airflow) and transformations (e.g., via dbt or custom SQL/Python workflows).

  • Apply best practices in software development to analytics engineering: modular code, version control, testing, CI/CD.

2. ETL / ELT & Data Warehousing

  • Gather, process, and ingest large datasets from external/internal sources into our data warehouse.

  • Continuously improve ETL/ELT and warehousing processes to drive performance and reliability.

3. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely within the Data team (BI Developers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Engineers) to align on priorities and technical strategy.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and translate them into actionable pipelines and models.

  • Ensure that data collection, structure, and modeling support business goals and analytical use cases.

4. Data Literacy & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation

  • Raise data literacy across the organization

  • Share best practices across teams.

4. Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability in all deliverables.

  • Support data governance initiatives and contribute to data stewardship practices.

This is what you bring along
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or BI Developer.

  • Strong command of SQL and Python; experience with dbt and Airflow is a big plus.

  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and transformation in modern data stacks.

  • Experience working with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.

  • Strong analytical mindset—you love diving into large datasets and discovering patterns.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to bridge technical work with business needs.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English; comfortable working with international stakeholders.
