Was du tun wirst
  • Kampagnenmanagement: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Planung, Umsetzung und laufende Optimierung digitaler Kampagnen – immer mit Blick auf Performance und Kundenziele. 
  • Kundenbetreuung & Beratung: Du begleitest unsere Kunden im Rahmen ihrer Kampagnen, unterstützt bei der Beratung und trägst mit deiner lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise zu einer professionellen und erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit bei.
  • Analyse & Reporting: Du analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse, leitest datenbasierte Learnings ab und entwickelst Optimierungsansätze.
  • Projektmanagement: Du koordinierst interne Stakeholder, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und stellst sicher, dass Timings, Budgets und KPIs eingehalten werden.
  • Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um gemeinsam erfolgreiche Projekte umzusetzen.
Was du brauchst
  • Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Kampagnenmanagement, Account Management, Online Marketing oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle – idealerweise auf Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite.

  • Kundenorientierung: Du denkst und handelst serviceorientiert, baust gerne Beziehungen auf und überzeugst mit Kommunikationsgeschick.

  • Analytisches & strategisches Denken: Du verstehst komplexe Zusammenhänge und entwickelst strukturiert passende Lösungen.

  • Hands-on-Mentalität & Eigenverantwortung: Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und packst Dinge proaktiv an.

  • Teamfähigkeit: Du bist kollegial, offen und bringst gerne deine Ideen ein.

  • Digital-Affinität: Du verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen in der digitalen Welt und hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends.

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Who we're looking for
Join our team in Vienna as a Digital Campaign & Account Manager (f/m/d/x)!
You already have experience in campaign or account management, a passion for the digital world, and a talent for working with clients? You enjoy collaborating across teams and taking ownership of your work? Then we’d love to meet you! We're looking for a proactive, hands-on personality who is eager to make an impact – both strategically and operationally.
What you'll do
  • Campaign Management: You’ll independently plan, implement, and continuously optimize digital campaigns – always keeping performance and client goals in focus.
  • Client Support & Collaboration: You support the consulting process for our clients, contribute to smooth cooperation, and ensure a high-quality campaign experience with your solution-oriented mindset.
  • Analysis & Reporting: You analyze campaign results, derive insights based on data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Coordination: You manage internal stakeholders, keep timelines and budgets on track, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll work closely with colleagues from teams such as AdOps, Design, and Sales to deliver successful, integrated projects.
What you'll need
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital campaign management, account management, online marketing, or a similar role – ideally in an agency or tech-driven environment.
  • Client Focus: You enjoy engaging with clients, building strong working relationships, and communicating clearly.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You’re able to understand complex topics quickly and develop structured, effective solutions.
  • Proactive & Reliable Work Style: You’re organized, take ownership of your tasks, and deliver reliably.
  • Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others, contribute ideas, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Digital Savviness: You keep up with digital trends and technologies and are curious to explore new tools and methods.
  • Language Skills: You speak German at a native level and have strong written and spoken English skills.
