We’re on the lookout for a Workplace & Feelgood Expert (4 hours per day) to bring positive energy and smooth operations to our vibrant Barcelona office of 60+ employees!

As the face of our office, you’ll be the go-to person for both our team and visitors – always ready with a smile and a helping hand. From handling front desk duties like calls, mail, travel bookings, and office orders to making sure the workspace stays clean, organized, and welcoming, you’ll be essential to our daily rhythm.

• Classical reception tasks, such as receiving and forwarding telephone calls, mail processing, purchasing & orders, travel bookings etc. are part of your daily doings.

• You are the first contact person for our employees and guests and always have an eye for cleanliness in the office.

• As a real people-person you are also able to communicate with your external stakeholders (e.g. craftsmen, landlords, cleaning companies etc.).

• Together with your team, you plan and organize feel-good events, such as our quarterly team breakfast, annual summer party, or a Halloween party.

• You support the onboarding of our newbies.

• You support the C-Level with basic organizational tasks.

• You are taking care of health and safety measures at your location 

• In addition, you take care of filling our internal knowledge base with your knowledge so that it doesn't get lost.

• At least 3+ relevant working experience

• You really flourish in stressful situations and always find the right solution for every problem.

• You are an excellent communicator with colleagues, business partners and suppliers.

• You are convinced with a positive charisma, a high level of service orientation, integrity, and an independent and reliable way of working.

• You have a drive-on mentality and can think outside the box.
