Als Sales Consultant - Digital Media (w/m/d/x) liegt dein Fokus auf der Neukundengewinnung sowie dem Aufbau und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen im österreichischen Handels- und Agenturumfeld. Dabei agierst du als vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere digitalen Lösungen und bringst deine Begeisterung für Marketing und Vertrieb aktiv ein.

Was du tun wirst
  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst strategische Neukunden im österreichischen Handels- und Agenturumfeld – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

  • Du steuerst und pflegst deinen Sales Funnel strategisch und zielgerichtet – mit dem klaren Fokus, qualifizierte Leads erfolgreich bis zum Abschluss zu führen.

  • Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickelst passgenaue Konzepte mit unseren digitalen Produkten.

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

  • Du baust dein Netzwerk aktiv weiter aus und vertrittst Shopfully auf Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen.

  • Du beobachtest Markttrends und erkennst neue Potenziale für unsere Produkte und Kunden.

Was du brauchst
  • Ca. 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von digitalen Produkten, idealerweise im Agentur- oder Handelsumfeld.

  • Du verstehst den Vertriebsprozess von Grund auf, weißt genau, wie man aus einem Lead einen Deal macht und hast Freude daran, neue Kunden mit digitalen Lösungen zu gewinnen.

  • Du arbeitest hands-on, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, überzeugend im Auftreten und präsentierst mit Leidenschaft.

  • Du bringst ein gutes Gespür für digitale Produkte und deren Einsatz im Retail Marketing mit.

  • Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

  • Erfahrung mit strukturierten Entscheidungswegen und längeren Sales-Zyklen ist ein Plus.

You’re passionate about sales and excited to inspire clients with smart retail solutions?

As a Sales Consultant – Digital Media (f/m/d/x), your focus will be on new business development as well as the establishment and expansion of client relationships in the Austrian retail and agency landscape. You'll act as a trusted partner for our digital solutions and bring your passion for sales and marketing into every client interaction.

What you'll do
  • Identify and acquire strategic new clients in the Austrian retail and agency sector – from first contact to contract signing

  • Manage and develop your sales funnel with a clear focus on guiding qualified leads through to closing

  • Analyze client needs and create tailored proposals using our digital products (e.g. digital brochures, geo-targeting, DOOH, native ads)

  • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships

  • Actively grow your professional network and represent Shopfully at relevant industry events and trade shows

  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for our products and customers

What you'll need
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in selling digital products, ideally in an agency or retail environment

  • A deep understanding of the sales process – from lead generation to deal closing – and the motivation to win over new clients with smart digital solutions

  • A hands-on, structured and self-driven working style

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, persuasive presence

  • A good sense for how to use digital products in retail marketing to generate real value for clients

  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills

  • The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3,175 per month as defined by the IT collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a market-based overpayment. In addition, you will receive a performance-based variable bonus.
