Deine Mission
  • Du gewinnst strategisch Neukunden im Brand- und Agentursegment und entwickelst gleichzeitig bestehende Beziehungen weiter.

  • Du präsentierst unsere innovativen digitalen Marketingangebote überzeugend – ob remote oder direkt beim Kunden.

  • Du identifizierst die Ziele und Herausforderungen deiner Kunden und erarbeitest maßgeschneiderte Konzepte mit messbaren Ergebnissen.

  • Du nutzt dein Netzwerk aktiv für Neukundenakquise und positionierst uns kompetent auf Branchenevents und Messen.

  • Du bleibst up-to-date mit digitalen Trends und bringst regelmäßig neue Ideen ins Team ein.

Das bringst du mit
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb digitaler Marketinglösungen – idealerweise mit einem starken Netzwerk im Brand- und Agenturumfeld.

  • Verständnis für Digital-Marketing-Technologien wie Programmatic, Mobile oder Performance Marketing ist ein Plus.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.

  • Professionelles Auftreten, exzellentes Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerische Eigenmotivation.

  • Begeisterung für Vertrieb, Eigenverantwortung und Serviceorientierung.

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Who we look for

You are passionate about sales, have an established network within the brand and agency ecosystem, and want to create real value with innovative digital marketing solutions? Then join our Sales team and drive our growth in the Brands & Agency segment!

With your commercial expertise and our powerful cross-channel marketing platform, you will win leading brands and agencies as clients – from the very first contact to building long-term strategic partnerships.

What you will do
  • Drive new business generation within the brands and agency segment while further developing existing relationships.

  • Confidently present our innovative digital marketing solutions – whether remotely, in the office, or on-site at client meetings.

  • Identify client goals and challenges and design tailored, results-oriented proposals.

  • Actively leverage your network to generate leads and represent us at industry events and trade shows.

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

What you will need
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling digital marketing solutions – ideally with a strong network in the brands and agency environment.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies such as programmatic, mobile, or performance marketing is a strong plus.

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, combined with a professional, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Passion for sales, self-motivation, and a strong customer orientation.

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
