Be the Pioneer of Our Czech Team – Client & Account Manager Digital (f/m/d/x)
We’re expanding into the Czech Republic – and you could be one of our very first team members!
You will play a key role in shaping workflows and building strong client relationships from day one.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, coordinate all moving parts internally, and make sure the end result exceeds expectations. Campaign management will be part of your toolkit — but your real superpower lies in creating exceptional client experiences.
What you will do
In this role, you will take full ownership of client relationships and projects — ensuring smooth collaboration, measurable success, and a strong local presence in the Czech Republic.
Account Management: Act as the trusted partner and main point of contact for your clients — building long-term relationships, understanding their goals, and proactively delivering tailored strategies and solutions that drive measurable value.
Project Coordination: Organize and align internal stakeholders across creative, media, and technical teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns as part of broader client projects — ensuring objectives, timelines, and KPIs are met.
Performance Review & Reporting: Translate data and results into clear, actionable insights for clients, helping them understand impact and future opportunities.
What you will need
We’re looking for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and enjoys taking ownership of relationships as much as delivering tangible results.
Experience: 2–3 years in account management, client services, digital marketing, or a similar role — ideally in an agency or corporate setting.
Customer Focus: You build trust, communicate effectively, and put client needs at the heart of your work.
Strategic & Problem-Solving Skills: You understand business goals and can translate them into actionable strategies.
Organized & Proactive: You take initiative, manage priorities, and keep projects on track.
Team Spirit: Collaborative, open, and ready to connect with colleagues across markets.
Digital Affinity: Understanding of digital channels and trends, with an interest in how they can drive business success.
Languages: Native-level Czech and excellent English.
