This is a proactive, hands-on role where you’ll design and build reliable, scalable, and resilient infrastructure on AWS while empowering developers through automation and platform tools.
You will treat infrastructure as a product, not just a support layer - helping teams move faster, safer, and smarter.

Build and improve tools for self-served provisioning, monitoring, observability, and security.
Partner with product teams to provide expertise in infrastructure design, scaling, and automation.
Identify opportunities to automate and create self-service features for developers.
Join the on-call rotation as first-line responder for incidents.
Provide operational support to engineering teams through a kanban-based request flow.
Write clear documentation and playbooks, share knowledge through workshops and best practices.
Collaborate with external vendors during integrations and incident troubleshooting.
Strong experience with infrastructure automation on AWS (or another major cloud).
Good experience with Linux systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform.
Strong foundations in software engineering with proficiency in at least one programming language.
Experience in observability, incident response, and troubleshooting.
Empathy, collaboration skills, and a customer-centric mindset towards developers.
