Wir suchen einen Digital Media Planer (m/f/d/x), der/die mit analytischem Verstand, kreativem Gespür und einem echten Händchen für Kunden die digitale Kommunikationslandschaft unserer Kund:innen mitgestaltet.
Deine Mission
  • Du übernimmst die eigenständige Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden über alle digitalen Kommunikationskanäle hinweg – von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Auf Basis von Wettbewerbs-, Zielgruppen- und Marktanalysen leitest du relevante Insights und strategische Empfehlungen ab.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Entwicklung digitaler Kommunikationsstrategien mit und gestaltest überzeugende Präsentationen für Kunden und interne Teams.
  • Du planst und steuerst digitale Kampagnen – von der Detail- bis zur Feinplanung – unter Berücksichtigung von Budgets, Jahresvolumina und Commitments.
  • Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern sorgst du für eine effiziente Umsetzung und Datensteuerung sowie die Erstellung relevanter Reportings.
  • Du analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse, interpretierst KPIs und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung ab.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Mediaagentur mit – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf digitalen Kanälen.
  • Du beherrschst die gängigen Planungstools sicher und nutzt sie effizient, um präzise und wirkungsvolle Mediapläne zu erstellen.
  • Du hast eine echte Leidenschaft für digitales Marketing und verfolgst aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen mit Neugier und Begeisterung.
  • Du überzeugst durch klare Kommunikation, Teamgeist und Kreativität, gepaart mit einer analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Deine Englischkenntnisse erlauben dir eine sichere Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Auch wenn es mal hektisch wird, bleibst du gelassen, lösungsorientiert – und verlierst deinen Humor nicht.

Unser Büros befinden sich in Berlin & Dresden. Dank unseres flexiblen Hybridmodells (auch 100% remote möglich) kannst du dort arbeiten, wo du am produktivsten bist.

Who we look for
Are digital media your passion, and numbers and strategies your playground? Then you’ve come to the right place!
We are looking for a Digital Media Planner (m/f/d/x) who, with analytical thinking, creative flair, and a genuine talent for client relations, helps shape the digital communication landscape for our clients.
What you will do
  • You will be responsible for independently advising and supporting our customers across all digital communication channels – from strategy to implementation.
  • You will derive relevant insights and strategic recommendations based on competitor, target group and market analyses.
  • You will play an active role in developing digital communication strategies and designing compelling presentations for customers and internal teams.
  • You will plan and manage digital campaigns – from detailed to fine-grained planning – taking into account budgets, annual volumes and commitments.
  • Together with internal and external partners, you will ensure efficient implementation and data control as well as the creation of relevant reports.
  • You will analyse campaign results, interpret KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for optimisation.
What you will need
  • You have successfully completed commercial training and/or a degree in business administration.
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in a media agency – ideally with a focus on digital channels.
  • You are proficient in the use of common planning tools and use them efficiently to create precise and effective media plans.
  • You have a genuine passion for digital marketing and follow current trends and developments with curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • You impress with your clear communication, team spirit and creativity, coupled with an analytical and structured approach to work.
  • Your English skills allow you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
  • Even when things get hectic, you remain calm, solution-oriented – and don't lose your sense of humour.
