Als Digital Sales Manager - Media Agencies (w/m/d/x) bei Shopfully spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Beziehungen zu Media-Agenturen und wichtigen Werbepartnern am deutschen Markt. 
Du arbeitest strategisch daran, unsere digitalen Werbelösungen zu positionieren und sicherzustellen, dass Marken und Händler ihre Drive-to-Store-Strategien maximal ausschöpfen. 
In deiner Rolle kombinierst du proaktiven Sales, Business Development und Account Management, um neue Partnerschaften aufzubauen und bestehende auszubauen.
Deine Mission
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu zugewiesenen Agenturen als strategische:r Partner:in

  • Proaktive Beratung von Kund:innen zur Nutzung unserer digitalen Werbelösungen

  • Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Client Service und einer kontinuierlichen Betreuung der Kund:innen

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Kundenstrategien mit klaren KPIs und Umsatzzielen

  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Upselling und Cross-Selling zur Maximierung des Umsatzwachstums

  • Management einer robusten Opportunity-Pipeline inklusive präziser Berichte und Forecasts für das Management

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um innovative, datengetriebene Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Kundenbedürfnissen entsprechen

  • Kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung von CRM-Daten

Das bringst du mit
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development, Account Management oder Client Service in Media-Agenturen, Digital Advertising oder Ad-Tech-Unternehmen. 
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Beziehungsaufbau, in der Verhandlung und im Stakeholder-Management, auch auf C-Level
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, mündlich wie schriftlich, für die effiziente Beratung und Betreuung von Kund:innen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Accounts und Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu managen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und datengetriebenes Mindset zur Ableitung von strategischen Insights
  • Erfahrung oder großes Interesse im Business Development und in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen

Who we look for
As a Digital Sales Manager – Media Agencies (f/m/d/x) at Shopfully, you play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with media agencies and major advertising partners in the German market.
You work strategically to position our digital advertising solutions and ensure that brands and retailers fully leverage their drive-to-store strategies.
In this role, you combine proactive sales, business development, and account management to establish new partnerships and further grow existing ones.
What you will do
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with assigned agencies as a strategic partner

  • Proactively advising clients on how to leverage our digital advertising solutions

  • Ensuring excellent client service and continuous customer support

  • Developing and executing tailored customer strategies with clear KPIs and revenue targets

  • Identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth

  • Managing a robust opportunity pipeline, including accurate reporting and forecasting for management

  • Working closely with internal teams to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that meet customer needs

  • Continuously maintaining and updating CRM data

What you will need
  • Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client service within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including at C-level

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client consulting and support, as well as collaboration with internal teams

  • Independent working style and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to derive strategic insights

  • Experience or strong interest in business development and the strategic expansion of customer relationships
