Our Product Manager is a key individual contributor who, in partnership with the Engineering Manager, Design, and leadership, owns the backlog and prioritizes work to ensure effective execution and measurable outcomes.
What you will need
Experience building “sold” products: Proven experience working on products that are commercialized and sold (B2B and/or B2C), with a strong understanding of product monetization, pricing/packaging, and campaign-based delivery (e.g., ad products, offers, subscriptions, promotions, or marketplace dynamics).
3 - 4+ years of product management experience in software, preferably in B2C, B2B, Retail, or CPG environments, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to market across multiple iterations.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and metrics to drive strategic and operational decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities in fast-changing settings.
Empathic and influential leadership style, naturally oriented toward creating an inclusive, motivating environment without direct people management responsibility.
