Deine Mission bei uns
  • Du verantwortest den Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Lebensmittelhandel & FMCG – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und darüber hinaus.

  • Du begeisterst Neukunden für unsere digitalen Produkte und entwickelst bestehende Partnerschaften strategisch weiter.

  • Du präsentierst unsere innovativen Marketinglösungen überzeugend – remote, im Office oder beim Kunden vor Ort.

  • Du verstehst die Herausforderungen und Ziele deiner Kunden und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, die echten Impact liefern.

  • Du bleibst am Puls der digitalen Trends und bringst neue Ideen aktiv ins Team ein.

Das bringst du mit
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung – idealerweise mit Kunden aus dem Bereich Lebensmittelhandel, FMCG oder Retail Media.

  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Marketinglösungen (z. B. Programmatic, Mobile, Performance Marketing) ist ein starkes Plus.

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

  • Du überzeugst mit professionellem, souveränem Auftreten und exzellentem Verhandlungsgeschick.

  • Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über ein starkes Netzwerk im Lebensmittelhandel oder FMCG-Umfeld und verstehst es, diese Kontakte gezielt für deinen Vertriebserfolg zu nutzen.

  • Du bringst Leidenschaft, Eigenmotivation und unternehmerisches Denken mit.

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch runden dein Profil ab.

About

Join us as Sales Manager – Digital Marketing (f/m/d/x) with a focus on Grocery & FMCG clients.

You’re passionate about sales, know the grocery or FMCG world inside out, and want to deliver real value to clients with innovative digital solutions? Then join our Sales team at Shopfully!

With your commercial expertise and our powerful cross-channel marketing solutions, you’ll win over leading retail and brand partners and actively drive our growth in the food and retail space.

Your mission
  • You take full ownership of building and developing client relationships in the grocery & FMCG sector – from first contact to closing and beyond.

  • You identify and win new clients, while strategically growing existing partnerships.

  • You confidently present our innovative digital marketing solutions – whether remotely, in the office or on-site with the client.

  • You understand your clients' goals and challenges and develop tailor-made solutions that deliver measurable results.

  • You stay on top of digital marketing trends and actively share ideas and insights within the team.

This is what you bring along
  • At least 3 years of sales experience – ideally with clients in the grocery, FMCG or retail media environment.

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing solutions (e.g. programmatic, mobile, performance marketing) is a strong plus.

  • A degree in business, marketing, communications or a similar field – or comparable training.

  • A professional, confident presence with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Ideally, you bring an established network in the grocery or FMCG sector and know how to leverage it for sales success.

  • Passion, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
