Digital Marketing Manager (d/f/m/x) – Focus on Paid Social
Location: Berlin, Dresden or hybrid

What you'll do
  • Take ownership of planning, executing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms
  • Develop innovative, cross-channel strategies that drive online engagement and in-store visits for our clients
  • Provide strategic guidance and Paid Social consulting for both internal teams and external partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities in social advertising
  • Collaborate closely with #teamsales, #teamaccountmanagement and #teamgraphics to create innovative campaigns
  • Monitor key campaign KPIs, derive insights and continuously optimize based on data
  • Design and run A/B testing frameworks to boost campaign effectiveness
  • Create detailed segmentation and targeting strategies to reach diverse customer personas
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations and present results to selected clients alongside the sales team
What you'll need
  • A degree in marketing, media, business administration or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Paid Social, ideally in an agency or digital environment
  • Proven skills in setting up and managing Paid Social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset and passion for tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns
  • Ability to think strategically and look beyond individual channels toward overall marketing goals
  • Enthusiasm for new advertising channels, trends and innovation in the digital world
  • A results-driven, efficient and proactive attitude – “Done is better than perfect” is your motto
  • Hands-on mentality, especially when analyzing and improving existing processes
  • Team spirit, helpfulness and excellent communication skills
  • Business fluent English skills

  • Digital Marketing ist deine Leidenschaft und du liebst es, KPIs auszuwerten und laufende Kunden-Kampagnen zu optimieren.
  • Du denkst nicht in einzelnen Werbekanälen, sondern siehst das Big Picture beim Kampagnenziel des Kunden.
  • Du verstehst wie man Paid Kampagnen bei Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest und TikTok erstellt.
  • Neue Werbekanäle und Trends interessieren dich brennend und du lebst und liebst die digitale Welt.
  • Deine Personality? Ergebnisorientiert, effizient und immer nach dem Motto „Done is better than perfect“.
